Time To Get Moving

(Destin, FL) - The morning is cool, grey and drizzly. It's not ideal for a beach vacation, but there are plusses. The assembled masses slept later than they have all week, and frankly they could use a little rest. There is an undercurrent of crankiness seeping into the proceedings, so a little down time just might prove beneficial. There's no reason to be alarmed. Everyone is getting along well. It's just that there's a certain, um, circumstance that is taking hold.

Our first indication something is amiss came as the group was poised to leave for dinner. One of the ladies said, "Hold on, everybody. I think there may be progress," and then she dashed off to one of the back bedrooms. Everyone amiably held their ground, exchanging knowing glances and acknowledging nods.
Somebody else said, "Oh My God, I haven't had any luck yet."
In case you haven't figured it out yet, let's just say high fiber foods have become popular around here over the last 24 hours.

A barrage of practical advice followed.
"You've spent days in the sun and haven't been drinking enough water, so you're probably dehydrated."
"Have you had something hot to drink? That can really help. It dilates the pipes and helps things run smoothly."
The last comment led to this coversation:

"Why do you think I've been making coffee every morning? Oh, My God."
"Yeah, I didn't know you drank coffee."
"Usually, I don't, but something has to be done."
A nice, quiet morning should certainly help. Maybe they can watch a movie and then after lunch, get moving again.
